All of its right, title and interest in and to 1.1.1 the entire copyright and all other rights of the chargor in and to the screenplay, all underlying rights upon which the screenplay is based and the film and all elements contained therein and in any music, music compositions and/or recordings including lyrics etc. in relation to the film provisionally entitled "mistress of spices".
