All copies made or to be made of the film and sound recordings for the film, all other rights and properties and any proceeds, assigns the film rights and all that copyright in the film, all ancillary rights, the benefit of all revenues, all rights in relation to all music sketches and designs and by way of floating charge all assets not charged or assigned.
