Subject to the rights of the governor and company of the bank of scotland ("bank") under the first priority statitory mortgage dated 13/11/87 and the deed of covenant collateral there to between the company and the bank, all the company's rights title, interest & benefit in and under: (a) the M. V. "santa marta" ("the vessel") reg in the port of hamilton, bermuda off. No. 373272 and (b) all the insurances and any requisition compensation in respect of the vessel.
