During the year, the Partnership entered into the following transactions with related parties; |

The Partnership received £3,000 in rent from TDS Holdings Ltd, £3,000 from TDS Limited and £1,250 from TDS Partners LLP. |
|
The Partnership paid management fees of £8,000 to TDS Limited and interest of £2,500 to TDS Consulting Ltd. |
|
The Partnership repaid a loan of £79,905 to TDS Limited and borrowed £200,000 from TDS Consulting Ltd. The Loan from TDS Consulting Ltd is currently interest only charged at 3% per annum but the terms of the loan are to be reviewed every 2 years. On the 28th April 2022, a charge was registered over the Partnership as security. |

At the balance sheet date, the Partnership owed TDS Consulting Ltd £200,000. |
