This report is made solely to the limited liability partnership's members of Harrison Saws LLP, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 1 November 2021. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Harrison Saws LLP and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the limited liability partnership's members of Harrison Saws LLP, as a body, in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 07/16 AAF. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Harrison Saws LLP and its members as a body, for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Harrison Saws LLP has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and result of Harrison Saws LLP. You consider that Harrison Saws LLP is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the financial statements of Harrison Saws LLP. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.
T he members of the limited liability partnership have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.
Harrison Saws LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Phoenix House, Carrs Industrial Estate, Haslingden, Rossendale, Lancashire, BB4 5HR.
The limited liability partnership's principal activities are disclosed in the Members' Report.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice "Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships" issued in December 2018, together with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The disclosure requirements of section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling , which is the functional currency of the limited liability partnership. Monetary a mounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The principal accounting policies adopted are set out below.
The LLP has not traded during the year or the preceding financial period. During this time , the LLP received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no Profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.
