Factory premises and lands situate at and known as station works, derrybeg, newry, being: (1) lands and premises comprised in folios ar 979, ar 6116, 21258 and 25421 all county armagh; and (2) lands and premises held under conveyance dated 22ND may 1995 made between the department of economic development (1) and norbrook laboratories limited and therein described as "all that piece or parcel of land being part of the lands comprised in the said conveyance of the tenth day of june one thousand nine hundred and twenty containing four acres and one rood statute measure or thereabouts situate on the north side of the road from camlough to newry in the townland of derrybeg parish of newry barony of upper orior and county of armagh more particularly shown and described on the map endorsed hereon and thereon edged red", save and except the lands shown outlined in red on the map annexed thereto..
