Any and all sums monies indebtedness liabilities and obligations (whether actual or contingent whether now existing or hereafter arising whether or not for the payment of money and including without limitation any obligation to pay any indemnities under any of the operative documents) which are now or which may at any time and from time to time hereafter be due owing payable or incurred or expressed to be due owing payable or incurred from or by the owner and/or the assignor to (or for the benefit of) the secured parties (or any of them) under any of the operative documents
