The activities of the CIC includes seeing patients (including drug treatment and therapy sessions), provide education for patients & their family members through the CIC website and training of health professionals.
The company’s stakeholders are its psychiatric patients and the general population. The stakeholders have been consulted by face to face appointments as well as telephone and video call appointments.
Directors’ remuneration amounted to £30,876 for the year ended 31 March 2022. The directors’ remuneration is for actual consultancy services in seeing patients.There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
