The directors control the company. During the year the company paid £312 to A Jay for use of home as office. During the year A Jay had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £14,383. To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 December 2023 the company would be required to pay 33.75% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan. |
