Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all material timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the statement of financial position date. |

Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |

Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |

8. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
|
The director has assessed the Balance Sheet and likely future cash flows at the date of approving these financial statements. During the year, the rapid spreading of COVID-19 has become a significant emerging risk to the global economy. The director continues to monitor the impact of the virus on the business as more information about the pandemic emerges. The director is confident that the Company has sufficient funds available to meet liabilities as the fall due within the next 12 months; however, the director acknowledges that the position is changing day by day and means forecasting is difficult. The director has pledged his ongoing financial support for the foreseeable future. On the basis of this, the company is able to meet is ongoing financial obligations and remains a going concern. |
