Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax |

Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it |
relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |

Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively |
enacted by the balance sheet date. |

Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |

Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which |
they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or |
substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |

Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered |
against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the director in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial |
statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are |
cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Director are not required to be |
filed with the Registrar of Companies. |

In accordance with our terms of engagement and in order to assist you to fulfill your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have |
compiled the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2017, which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, |
the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the accounting records and information and explanations you have given to us. |
|
This report is made to the company director, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement. Our work has been undertaken |
so that we might compile the financial statements that we have been engaged to compile, report to the company director that we have |
done so, and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them in this report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent |
permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and the company director, as a body, for |
our work or for this report. |

We have carried out this engagement in accordance with technical guidance issued by the Association of Accounting Technicians and |
have complied with the ethical guidance laid down by the Association relating to members undertaking the compilation of financial |
statements. |
|
You have acknowledged on the Balance Sheet as at 31 December 2017 your duty to ensure that the company has kept proper accounting |
records and to prepare financial statements that give a true and fair view under the Companies Act 2006. You consider that the company |
is exempt from the statutory requirement for an audit for the period. |

We have not been instructed to carry out an audit of the financial statements. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or |
completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any |
opinion on the financial statements. |
