Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

Work in progress |
|
Work in progress is measured at the lower of cost and estimated selling price less costs to complete and sell. The company started production for the project entitled "#BFF2" (the Film). The production cost of the Film at the balance sheet date is carried forward as work in progress on the basis that it is deemed recoverable from the future income/revenue of the Film.

During the year ending 31 January 2022 BreakThrough Nominees Limited invoiced the company for £3,500 (31 January 2021: £3,500) towards Company Secretarial & Nominee Director services. Brian Brake, director of BreakThrough Nominees Limited, is a nominee director of the Company. Brian Brake is not involved in the day to day running of the Company and has no beneficial or financial interest other than the above fee disclosed.
