Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 105

Transactions with directors
|
During the year, £23,138 was advanced to S Searle, the director of the company. The amount was repayable on demand and interest was charged at 2.5%, which totalled £460. The amount outstanding at the year-end was £40,188.
