Basis of preparing the financial statements |

Income & expenditure |
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of |
the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown |
in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company |
and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are |
held on trust for the residents. |

Company status |
|
The company is a private company limited by guarantee and consequently does not have a share capital. |
Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 toward the assets of the company in the |
event of liquidation. |

entered into any non-cancellable contractual commitments. |

All directors of the company are residents and as such make contributions to the property management funds. |

unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file |
a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Abridged Income Statement and certain other primary |
statements and the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of Huddington Property Management Limited for the year ended 31 March 2017 which comprise |
the Abridged Income Statement, Abridged Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records |
and from information and explanations you have given us. |
