1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
|
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
|
The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous period. |
|
|
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of |
the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown |
in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company |
and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are |
held on trust for the residents. |

Company status |
|
The company is a private company limited by guarantee and consequently does not have a share capital. |
Each of the members is liable to contribute an amount not exceeding £1 toward the assets of the company in the |
event of liquidation. |

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual |
unaudited financial statements, from which these unaudited financial statements (set out on pages two to three) |
have been prepared. |

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of Huddington Property Management Limited for the year ended 31 March 2016 which comprise |
the Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance Sheet, and the related notes from the company's accounting records |
and from information and explanations you have given us. |

As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at icaew.com/membershandbook. |

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Huddington Property Management Limited, as a body, in accordance with our terms of engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Huddington Property Management Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Huddington Property Management Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with AAF 2/10 as detailed at icaew.com/compilation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and its Board of Directors, as a body, for our work or for this report. |

It is your duty to ensure that Huddington Property Management Limited has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of Huddington Property Management Limited. You consider that Huddington Property Management Limited is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year. |

We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the financial statements of Huddington Property Management Limited. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements. |
