Basis of preparation |

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

Turnover |

The company is a non-profit making property management company, with company costs being met by contributions from members with the objective of achieving neither a profit nor loss. Turnover represents the recharges of costs incurred by the company - the objective being to make neither a surplus nor a deficit.
