1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
|
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis on the assumption |
that the company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, despite the company |
having net current liabilities of £30,698 (2015: £22,878) and net liabilities of £29,801 |
(2015: £22,598) at the balance sheet date. |

The director considers the going concern basis to be appropriate as in their opinion the |
company will be able to secure sufficient funding to enable it to pay its debts as they fall |
due. |

Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in |
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January |
2015). |

Turnover |
Turnover represents gross invoices raised for the the installation of electrical goods |
carried out throughout the year. |
