All of its right, title and interest in and to (I) the entire copyright and all of the company's other rights in and to the film and all elements contained therein (ii) the rights of copyright and other rights in all underlying material licensed, acquired or created by the company to enable the film to be produced and exploited in any and all media (iii) all literary, property and ancilarry rights in the film.
