Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Going concern |
|
At the 31st March 2015 the company had net liabilites of £43,276. The company is reliant on the continued support of the directors. The directors have indicated they will continue to support the company and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the value of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.
