Accounting convention
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland” (“FRS 102”) and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The disclosure requirements of section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The financial statements are prepared in
sterling
, which is the functional currency of the company.
Monetary a
mounts
in these financial statements are
rounded to the nearest £.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified to include the revaluation of freehold properties and to include investment properties and certain financial instruments at fair value. The principal accounting policies adopted are set out below.

are the

Going concern
The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through an overdraft facility which is repayable on demand.
The company's Balance Sheet at the year end shows net current liabilities of £
91,973
.
At the Balance Sheet date the director was owed £78,353 and has undertaken to continue to support the company by not seeking payment unless the company is able to do so without affecting its ability to trade. T
he director has identified areas where
cost
savings can be made. These savings will be implemented over the coming year
s
and based on this the director is confident that the company will recover the deficit on its Balance Sheet and return to a positive reserves position within the next
four
years. The director has reviewed the company's projected cash flow information and is confident that the company will continue to operate within the facility currently agreed.
On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of the overdraft facility by the company's bankers.
