All monies whatsoever which are now or at ant time hereafter may be or become owing to the isoft PLC under or arising out of the managed service agreement all claims for damages in respect of breach of the managed service agreement the full benefit of any guarantees indemnities and other securities of whatever nature held by the isoft PLC from time to time in respect of the managed service agreement any insurance proceeds in respect of or relating to the equipment and software.
