In favour of the chargee ucbh covenants with and undertakes to the security trustee that it will, following the service of an enforcement notice, duly and punctually pay or discharge the secured obligations which from time to time become due, owing or payable by the company in the manner set out in and subject to the provisions of the transaction documents including, without limitation, all the amounts due and payable pursuant to the facility agreement and/or this mortgage over shares
