A). 12,000,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of hpl (numbered from 1 to 12,000,000) held by to the order or on behalf of the original chargor at any time b). Loan stock issued by hpl to the original chargor on or about 25TH may 2001 in a principal amount in aggregate of £15,000,000 (note certificates numbered 1 to 15,000,000) c). Any other stocks shares securities and other investments in hpl d). All dividends interest and other monies in respect of the shares together with i)all dividends interest and other monies arising from the charged portfolio of the humber power guarantee and allvoting rights in relation thereto.
