Pulawska 15, 02-515 warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the national court register (krajowy rejestr sadowy) kept by the district court for the capital city of warsaw in wasaw, xiii commercial division of the national court register, under krs number 0000026438, regon number 016298263, nip number 525-000-77-38, as security for the discharge of a loan facility in the construction tranche and the investment tranche in accordance with a facility agreement dated 13 august 2020, entered into between powszechna kasa oszczednosci bank polski S.A., as original lender and agent, and pdc industrial center 142 sp. Z O.O., as borrower, up to the maximum security amount equal to eur 133,200,000 (one hundred thirty-three million two hundred thousand euro).
