Ivil, who then subsequently sold on to Lisa Properties Limited in February 2001. The freehold has now been sold to |
Stratford Court (Farnborough) Freehold Limited, a company owned by all of the leaseholders. That company has extended |
the lease to Salisbury Road (Farnborough) Management Ltd for a term expiring on 28 September 3010. No ground rent is |
charged. |
