The assignor with full title guarantee assigns and agrees to assign absolutely to the assignee its successors and assigns all of the assignors right title and interest in and to the insurances all freights charterhire and other earnings of whatsoever nature which may at any time be or become owing or due and payable to the assignor arising out of or as a result of the ownership or out of or as a result of the employment and operation all moneys claims for moneys causes of action or damages arising out of the breach of any charterparty.
