2. | COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
The company is responsible for the management of the common areas of The Bowmans and collects service charges from residents to fund expenditure in accordance with the leases. These service charges are held in Trust for the residents as required by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the common areas are reported separately from the Company accounts in Service Charge accounts prepared for the residents and are excluded from the Company's accounts. |
