Hire purchase and leasing commitments |

Digital Exchange Ltd |
|
Digital Exchange Limited is deemed to be a related party under the provisions of FRS 102 being a company with |
common directors to Bardon Environmental Ltd, Messrs. R Cotton, M Cotton and N Cotton. |
During the year the company made sales to Digital Exchange Ltd of £nil (2015: £nil) and purchases from that |
company to the value of £44,332 (2015: £58,217). During the year there were also loan repayments totalling |
£5,493 (2015: £5,493) and loan interest charged of £57 (2015: £57) At 30 November 2016 an amount of £2,738 |
(2014: £9,346) was owed by Digital Exchange Limited and included within Other Debtors. |

Messrs. R Cotton, M Cotton, N Cotton and D Crookes are deemed to be related parties by virtue of being |
directors of the company. |
|
Mr O Cotton and Mrs J Cotton are deemed to be related parties by virtue of being close family members of |
several of the directors. |
