Brief description
By the instrument, the borrower charges in favour of the lender all and any of its right, title and interest from time to time in and to: (a) by way of first legal mortgage, all real property vested in the borrower at the date of the instrument, (b) by way of first fixed charge: (I) all real property vested in the borrower at the date of the instrument (except that which is mortgaged under paragraph (a) above) and all other real property in which the borrower has an interest (including any right to acquire or right of use or occupation) from time to time; and [...] the intellectual property rights.
