All f/h and l/h property of the company employed wholly or partly in that discrete part of the company's business involving the hire and maintenance of street sweeping vehicles (the "sv division") both present and future together with all buildings and fixtures and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon and therein.the goodwill of the company both present and future in so far as the same relates to the sv division.
