All the obligations of the company to the chargees under or in connection with the guarantee, including but not limited to the prompt and complete satisfaction of any and all of the present and future claims under the loan agreements whether for principal, interest, fees, expenses or otherwise and conditional upon the invalidity of (a) above, for all and any of the companys obligations towards the banks in case that the loan agreements (or any of them) or the guarantee should be invalid
