In favour of the chargee as regards each existing facility (as defined) all money and liabilities outstanding due owing or incurred by a company under such existing facility in excess of such existing facility's steadfast exposure (which as between the companies and the banks shall be conclusively presumed to be the amounts indicated in the steadfast agreement) up to but not exceeding the adjusted limits together with any accrued and unpaid interest (including default interest if applicable) in respect of such excess amounts, all sums due to the co-ordinating banks or the banks under this letter and all amounts due or payable under the terms of the new money security (as defined)
